Great and incredibly beautiful hotel with superfriendly staff from check-in to check-out, appreciated our staying. The restaurant was magnificent with good food, we ordered wonderful dishes.

Amazing base for discovering Edmonton with incredibly nice and very pleasant staff from check-in to check-out. The rooms spotless, cheap with the bathroom, very comfortable beds, as example.

We really enjoyed our time at Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton. Everything was perfect, and we had a very relaxing stay during our business trip. The location is marvelous, with close proximity to the restaurant for supper. The hotel is conveniently situated near the West Edmonton Mall, various restaurants, the airport, and the industrial park for business. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large table for work and a fridge.

The room had an unseemly smell and was next to the outdoor exhaust so as noisy. Would not stay in that room again. Otherwise it was fine. Hotel was full so could not switch rooms.
Room could have used an ionic machine to remove smell and had better windows due to location next to exhaust fan.

Neat building with a marvelous location close to the water park, grocery stores, restaurants, and Kingsway Mall. Great selection of excellent food at breakfast time.- The pool area is great too.
